Oral Presentaion
1. The Committee will prepare a computer in the room for presentation. Could you please prepare your file (Microsoft Powerpoint 2007) and bring to the presentation room at the time of registration (between 08.30 – 09.30.) or during a lunch break (12:00 – 13:00) on the presentation day.
2. Presenters have 15 minutes for presentation (10 minutes presentation / question 5 minutes).
3. The Committee will provide a certificate for attending the presentation, after the completion of the Conference.
4. If presenters do not come for presentation . The Committee would like to cancel from publication in proceedings.
5. Please check the schedule of presentations at the Conference Website.
6. Presenters can bring equipment for presentation such as pointer model.
Poster Presentaion
1. The poster’s size should be 85 cm x 115 cm.
2. Presenters can install their Posters on July 15, 2016 after 15.00 pm. The Committee will prepare a poster board and materials for persenter.
3. If presenters don’t come with their poster . The Committee would like to cancel for publication in proceedings.
